Hi I am new here and just first wanted to say who ever started to continue dokucraft is awesome its the only TP I use. Second I could use some help with mods I use MC patcher but some don't work HELP!

I suggest not using MCPatcher if you use other mods. Optifine works with a lot of mods (should work with all Forge mods) and also improves framerate on most machines.
If you want to stick with MCPatcher, I think it will work if you install jar mods using the patcher. You can just add the mods to the patcher's mods list before patching. I haven't used MCPatcher since almost a year ago, so I could be wrong.

No MC is the only thing I have not running anyother mods cept one on MCpatcher and I don't like using the actual folder cause last time I screwed up

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your first post when I first read it. So your saying you only use the mods included in MCPatcher, and that some of them are grayed out and don't work? If so, are you using a snapshot, or any other kind of unofficial Minecraft version? MCPatcher usually work with snapshots, but not always. You can check the MCPatcher thread to see if there's an update that fixes it.
If you are using 1.3.2, I don't know enough about the patcher to help you. You can ask in the MCPatcher thread.

Never mind I figured it out thanks though
all I had to do was add MC forge to the MC patcher
